Recycled polyester high-strength
Sewing thread uses polyester fabric, waste polyester bottle pieces, spinning waste silk, bubble material, and pulp blocks as raw materials. The waste bottle pieces are crushed and cleaned, and the mixture of various materials is dried, melted, extruded, spun, wound, bundled, stretched, curled (with different oils added during curling according to customer needs), relaxed and heat set, and cut to form polyester short fibers of different lengths.
